Your seat is free, at every client

An accountant invited into a client's books does not consume a paid seat — not at the first client, not at the twentieth. The business pays for its own people; you are not a line on their bill.

What the portfolio screen gives you

Everything in one list

Every business that has invited you, on one screen, with what needs doing at each and which deadlines are close. Switch into a client and you are in their books; switch out and you are back.

Books you did not have to rebuild

Bank lines are matched as they come in, stock movements post as they happen, and depreciation has a run history. Month end is a review rather than an excavation.

An audit trail that reads like sentences

Who changed what, from what to what, and when — in plain language, not a diff of database rows.

Periods that actually close

Close a period and postings into it are refused by the database, not by a convention everyone forgets in March.

E-invoicing you are not chasing

Client invoices go to the NRS from the invoice screen, refusals are grouped by cause, and you can see at a glance what has not cleared.

Reports without an export

Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, general ledger, VAT and withholding, plus the IFRS 18 statement with its reconciling note.

Bringing clients on

A client signs up, chooses their plan, and invites you. You accept and appear in their team at no cost to them. Opening balances go in from a trial balance, and assets and items can be imported from a spreadsheet.

If you are moving a number of clients at once, write to us and we will help with the first few. info@freshexe.com

Try it with your own figures

Fourteen days, every feature of the plan you pick, and no card until you decide. If it is not the right thing, close the tab.
