Four ways the same books get used

FreshExe is one system, not four editions. What changes is which parts you lean on and what the first screen shows you.

Trading and distribution

What matters

What is on the shelf, what it cost, what it is selling for, and who has not paid for the last delivery.

What you use

Stock across warehouses with transfers and counts, purchase orders matched to deliveries and bills, ageing worst-first, and the product summary showing which lines actually make money.

Construction and engineering

What matters

Whether the job is making money while it is still running, not after the retention is settled.

What you use

Jobs carrying materials issued from stock, labour and expenses, with revenue against cost and a margin you can look at today. Claims come in from site on a phone. Plant and vehicles sit in the fixed asset register with their own verification counts.

Professional services

What matters

Getting the invoice out, getting it paid, and the withholding customers deduct.

What you use

Quotes to invoices, withholding recorded on both sides with the credit tracked, retainers and part payments settled against named invoices, and income by client with the trend against last period.

Manufacturing and processing

What matters

What a batch cost, what came out of it, and where the loss went.

What you use

Batch-tracked stock, issues to a production job, adjustments that post to the ledger rather than disappearing, and plant in the asset register with depreciation that runs on a schedule.

Whichever you are

Every one of them has to report invoices to the NRS on the same timetable, and every one of them can hand their accountant a free seat. See a business run end to end.

Try it with your own figures

Fourteen days, every feature of the plan you pick, and no card until you decide. If it is not the right thing, close the tab.
